This poignant comedy follows five people over the course of an afternoon in an English garden. They will amuse you, work their way into your affections and win your respect. Playwright and novelist David Storey, the son of a mineworker, went to the Slade School of Fine Art in London and was also a professional rugby player. Home won the New York Drama Critics' Circle Award, the Evening Standard Award for Best Play and a Tony Award nomination for Best Play.
