Uncle Bob's Special Cozy Tuesday
Night Sleepytime Series, a unique "cookies, cocoa and
stories" opportunity, are three specially-themed evenings designed
to soothe the cold-weather blues of both the young and the young-at-heart,
will draw on the talents of well-known Hudson Valley actors to give
expert readings of well-loved bedtime stories and new soon-to-be
favorites.
February
3 (rescheduled to March 9, 2004 due to inclement weather)
- The Bedtime Back-to-Basics: This evening's
offerings include a sampling of everyone's well-loved favorites,
such as Charlotte's Web, Make Way For Ducklings, and The
Velveteen Rabbit, as well as a handful of nursery rhymes and
more.

February 10 - A Bubble Off Plumb: The second evening of the
series features stories with a twist, such as The Stinky Cheese
Man, Politically Incorrect Stories, and Where The SideWalk
Ends, plus the works of Roald Dahl and the inimitable Dr. Seuss.

February 17 - Slightly Scary Stories:
On the final night of the series MMSC explores the wilder, scarier
side of bedtime literature with Rip Van Winkle, Jumanji, Where The
Wild Things Are and selections from Edward Gorey.

for the series include Bobbi Katz, Guy Anthony, William Connors,
Jessica Napolitano, Kim Lupinacci, Nicolle Heck, Sean and Stephanie
Marrinan, Amy Vane and Bruce Pileggi.
